Getting to Key West:
Arrival by Air:
You can access the island via Key West International Airport, which is serviced by American Eagle, Delta ComAir, USAir Express, Cape Air, and Continental Connection / Gulfstream.

Land:
You may drive from Miami via I-95, I-75, or FL-836 to the Florida Turnpike, south to the Overseas Highway (Route 1). Follow Route 1 South all the way down the Keys.

Land (con't):

Sea:
You may also take a romantic sail through America's Caribbean. All channels are well marked and marinas are plentiful.
 Florida Marriage License Information
There is no waiting period for a Florida Marriage License if both parties are from outside of the state of Florida.
A valid Marriage License must be presented to the Wedding Officiant at the time of the wedding.

 General Requirements
No medical tests are required. You must be at least 18 to get married. If you are a Florida resident, you may obtain a license at your local county clerk's office, or in Key West. The cost of the license is $93.50 and is valid for 60 days from the effective date.
Make sure you have a valid photo identification (passport, driver's license, military I.D., etc).
If either party has previously been married, please take a copy of the disposition of the previous marriage to obtain your license.
The City of Key West will also register domestic partnerships for gay and lesbian couples at the County Courthouse.
